Reviving recipes from the past and serving them to her family and friends is something Katherine adores. In a sequence filmed for the Priceless Antiques Roadshow, Katherine used her vintage kitchenalia to prepare and serve a sausage flan from 1958. A recipe that would have been virtually impossible to cook during the war when rationing was in place.
